All products sold in this store are hand-made to order - we do not hold stock of each item. Therefore, delivery times comes in two parts, one for your product to be made (Production Time) and another part for shipping time. This time will vary for each product, as outlined below. Time is in business days and excludes weekends and holidays. These times may increase in busy periods such as in the run-up to Christmas. You will receive an email once your order has been produced and is on its way to you.
