What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, JBC and Diners Club cards as well as Paypal and Apple pay.

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

My order status says "Unfulfilled". What does that mean?

"Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, you have 6 hours to cancel or modify the order before our production team start working on it. 

Please note that it might not be possible to cancel your order after 6 hours since our team will most likely have started working on your items.

If you'd like to cancel an order that you have just made. Send us an email at sales@trendifyco.com with your order number and the products you want to cancel/change and we'll be happy to do it.
