Refund & Withdrawal Policy
At TrendifyCo, every pair is made just for you. We don't keep mass stock — each item is custom-made to order, meaning every design is produced individually when you buy it.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of purchase, without giving any reason — subject to the exceptions below.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, use the withdrawal button on your order confirmation email or contact us at sales@trendifyco.com with your name and order reference. You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your request is received.
Important Exception for Made-to-Order Products
In accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673 and EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are clearly personalised or made to the consumer's specifications.
All products at TrendifyCo are produced individually on demand. Once your order enters production — typically within 24-48 hours of purchase — it is exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal right, as the item is being manufactured specifically for your order and cannot be restocked or resold.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that your order is a custom-made product and that the right of withdrawal may not apply once production has started.
Order Changes & Cancellations
You have a 24-hour window after placing your order to request changes or a cancellation — before your order enters production.
After that, your order is in production and can no longer be modified or cancelled.
Note: If your order has already shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you expected, email us at sales@trendifyco.com within 30 days of receiving your order with:

We'll quickly arrange a free replacement or a full refund for the affected item(s).
Right Fit Guarantee
If your shoes don't fit quite right, contact us within 30 days, and we'll replace them — same design, up to one size up or down, completely free. Need a larger adjustment? A small production fee may apply.
Order Not Received
If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days of placing it, reach out to us, and we'll issue a free replacement or full refund. This doesn't apply to cases where the delivery address was entered incorrectly or the package wasn't claimed.
Unclaimed or Returned Packages
If an order is returned to us as unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable due to incorrect address details, we can't offer a refund. Contact us, and we'll help arrange reshipment if possible.
Customs & Duties
International orders may incur customs or import fees, which are the customer's responsibility. Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control.
Returns
Since each product is custom-made, we don't accept general returns for change of mind. We only replace or refund items that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, received within 30 days, and unwashed, unworn, and unused.
