Shipping & Delivery Policy

At TrendifyCo, every product is made just for you — no mass production, no dusty shelves. Because each item is handcrafted to order, your delivery time includes both production and shipping.

Production Time

Your order is carefully produced within 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday).
Once it’s ready, we’ll send you a tracking number by email so you can follow it every step of the way.

Estimated Shipping Times

  • United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany: 2–4 weeks after production

  • All other countries: 3–5 weeks after production

Please note that these are average timeframes — sometimes faster, sometimes slower, depending on factors like carrier delays, customs, or holiday demand.

Important Notes

  • All shipping times are listed in business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • During peak seasons (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday), production and delivery may take a few extra days.

  • Customs clearance in some countries can occasionally add 3–5 days to the total timeline.

Tracking & Support

You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.
If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 10 days, or if your order hasn’t arrived within 45 days, just email us at sales@trendifyco.com and we’ll make it right — replacement or refund, no fuss.
